I am specialized in effective 30-min Strength Training with minimal and inexpensive equipment. I will improve your strength and physique with just a chair, a couple of yoga blocks, Forearm Forklifts, a bathroom towel, a dowel rod and a yoga mat. The workouts will be so effective that, you probably wouldn’t want to go back to the gym. Moreover, they will be time-efficient, 30 min twice a week on average, in case you are very busy. I use science-based protocols based on slow movements and isometrics in order to be effective and safe to perform even in older age, to help you improve your strength, performance and longevity.
